Breckenridge Townhomes
Many people prefer a townhome to a condo as there are usually fewer neighbors and it feels more like a home and less like an apartment. There are many townhomes in Breckenridge, often with garages, and they are scattered all through the town. In the 1970s, when mountain resort property was first being built, everyone assumed that a condo would be just fine, and seldom did anyone build more than that. However, as people got more toys, more cars, and spent more time at their vacation home, they wanted garages and space. Developers recognized that need and built more townhomes. Now there are many from which to choose.
