Dillon Townhomes
Townhomes in Dillon, Colorado, are not as common as in other parts of the county. The largest townhome complex is Lookout Ridge, which is just east of the Dillon Ridge Shopping center, where the City Market grocery store is. Lookout Ridge has a mixture of full time people, vacation homes and some short term rentals. It has a common hot tub, good views and a central location.
Corinthian Hill is on the east hillside overlooking Lake Dillon. It is between the town of Dillon and Summit Cove, on the way to Keystone. This area is almost all duplexes, with the exception of one condo complex, plus Ensign Townhomes and Centennial Townhomes. The views looking west over the lake are awesome. If that is what you are looking for, Corinthian Hill is where you need to be. Just be aware that views are expensive, and this area is no different.
The Summit Cove neighborhood is a little more reasonably priced, with Chateau Acadian townhomes. Also, Buck Ridge, a relatively new subdivision, has some very nice townhomes. Summit Cove is only a few minutes from Keystone, and it also sits at the end of Swan Mountain Rd, giving good access to Breckenridge ski area too.
A few more townhomes are in the area behind Office Max and the Dillon Dam Brewery rounds out Dillon’s offerings. It is a town with more condos and not so many townhomes, but the best lake views in the county are here.
