Frisco Condos
Condominiums are the largest segment of the Frisco real estate market.
Ranging from a 400 sq ft Cedar Lodge studio condo to over 2000 sq ft of floor space and a two car garage in Marina Park, condos in Frisco have a great variety of options. The first condos were built in the early 1970s. Today we are running out of land to build more. There are no large acreages available for large complexes of a hundred or more units, and most new buildings are 6 to 20 units, as they are on smaller lots.
Among the more popular condos in Frisco are Lagoon Townhomes and Mountain Side condos. They are popular because they have great clubhouses, are well maintained, and have good locations. Lagoon is near the lake and Mountainside is on the south side of Frisco, with a very sunny location.
Almost any condo on Main Street in Frisco sells quickly when it comes on the market, as people like to be near all the downtown events like the Barbeque Challenge, Music on Main and the Corvette show. Among these are Beaver Plaza, Commerce Exchange, Fourth and Main Condos, 111 Main St Lodge and Condos, Woodbridge Inn, Windwood, Marina Park and Frisco Main Street Commons.
Within a block or so of Main Street are Mt Victoria Lodge, Riverbend Lodge, Bears Den, Ten Mile Creek and Cedar Lodge.
If you want to be on water, Ten Mile Island, Cross Creek, Bridge Point, River Glen, Frog Hollow and Stonebridge have many units right on the Ten Mile Creek. Cabin Creek, Creekside at Frisco and Brook Forest are on a smaller stream. For lakeside living, Timberline Cove, The Towers at Lakepoint and Bay Club are about as close to Lake Dillon as you can get in Frisco. Others with great lake views are Meadow Creek Villa, Lake Forest and some units at Mountain Meadows and The Pointe at Lake Dillon. The Villas at Prospect Point are close to the lake and the bike path, but few have great lake views. Some have good mountain views. Tarn Landing and Drake Landing are also fairly close to the lake but have better mountain views than they do lake views.
