Frisco Single Family Homes
Single family homes in Frisco are owned by second home owners and locals alike. The mixture of residents makes for less crowded neighborhoods, still with a nice sense of community. Few Frisco homes are more than a few blocks from Main Street shopping and dining.
The Reserve is a single family neighborhood built on land that used to be National Forest and was traded as part of a land exchange. Lots are about 1/4 acre and the homes are all relatively new. Wooden Canoe at Waterdance is near the lake, with a few homes on the lake and a few that back to the Frisco Nordic center.
The original part of Frisco, both north and south of Main Street, has many single family homes, ranging in age from about 50 years old to very new. They are scattered thoughout Frisco in various neighborhoods. One of the oldest neighborhoods is Bill’s Ranch, which is not actually within the town limits, but is considered to be in Frisco. This is where you find old log cabins along with a few newer highend homes, but they are seldom for sale and never are cheap! Another neighborhood that is not in the town limits is Frisco Heights, across from School Road, just off Highway 9. Lots in this subdivision are just over an acre, so you can get more land here than anywhere else in Frisco. Many of the homes were built in the 1960s and 70s, and most have been remodeled and turned into larger, more expensive homes.
